熱塑性硫化橡膠(Thermoplastic Vulcanizate),簡(jiǎn)稱為TPV,熱塑性硫化橡膠的中文簡(jiǎn)稱為熱塑性橡膠(Thermoplastic Rubber),簡(jiǎn)稱為TPR,但這個(gè)名稱容易和其它種類的熱塑性彈性體(Thermoplastic Elastomer)相混淆在一起,因?yàn)橥ǔ崴苄詮椥泽w也被大家叫做熱塑性橡膠,尤其是苯乙烯類彈性體,至少在中國(guó)似乎"TPR”已經(jīng)成為它的專有名稱了,一提起TPR,就是指以SBS、SEBS等苯乙烯類彈性體為基料的熱塑性彈性體,這與苯乙烯類彈性體在民用以及終端消費(fèi)品領(lǐng)域中消耗量之大是分不開的。
概念
熱塑性硫化橡膠的名稱如果再說的詳細(xì)一點(diǎn),那應(yīng)該是熱塑性動(dòng)態(tài)硫化橡膠(Thermoplastic Dyamic Vulcanizate),加了“動(dòng)態(tài)”2字是更具體說明了生產(chǎn)這種熱塑性硫化橡膠的工藝——?jiǎng)討B(tài)硫化,這種工藝指在橡膠和熱塑性塑料熔融共混過程中使橡膠硫化,當(dāng)然在橡膠在硫化的同時(shí)也不斷與熱塑性塑料相混合,因此被硫化了的橡膠是作為分散相分布在熱塑性塑料連續(xù)相中。與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的熱塑性靜態(tài)硫化橡膠,就是指橡膠按傳統(tǒng)方法先硫化好,然后通過磨粉設(shè)備把硫化好的橡膠磨成粉,最后與熔融的熱塑性塑料共混,理論上這種方法也能制得性能優(yōu)良的TPV,但只是處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室階段。
應(yīng)用
從熱塑性硫化橡膠的性能來(lái)說,主要在以下幾個(gè)方面有應(yīng)用:
1.密封(建筑/汽車密封條,密封圈)
2.SOFT TOUCH,柔軟的手感(手柄、握把)
3.抗沖、防震;柔韌性(腳輪、緩沖塊;電線電纜、軟管)
4.塑料改性,提高材料的韌性以及抗沖擊程度。
從熱塑性硫化橡膠的性能有別于一般的熱塑性彈性體來(lái)說,它的應(yīng)用更偏向于工業(yè)制品:
1.耐高溫方面,常規(guī)的全硫化PP/EPDM可達(dá)到135,杜邦推出的工程熱塑性硫化橡膠更可耐150以上;
24.耐溶劑及油品方面,TPV中因具有交聯(lián)的橡膠微粒相,所以通常比較耐溶劑和油品。

On 25 April 1961, the company was founded by Raf Van Gorp and in 1965 he bought the premises of his former employer, a dynamite company (PRB: Poudre Reunion d'Arendonk, Belgique) in Arendonk.
Operations
Today, the Ravago group represents over 6,600,000 metric tons of annual polymer sales serving more than 50,000 active customers through 325+ locations across more than 55+ countries worldwide. Ravago’s production competence consists of 45+ manufacturing facilities of which 19 recycling and compounding plants in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa with a combined annual capacity of over 775,000 metric tons; 13 production plants in Europe that are offering finished products for the building sector and 7 plants and 96 application laboratories for the Chemicals business.
